8 am – 5 pm

This is an 8 hour awareness level course developed to educate rural emergency responders

on freight rail car incidents involving hazardous materials.

Many of you have been seeking a training on rail car incidents and safety and I hope you will be able to take advantage of this course offering right here in in Central Vermont.  Registration is through the Vermont Learning Management System and I am happy to assist anyone with the registration process.  You will need a FEMA Student Identification Number which you can get by going to https://cdp.dhs.gov/femasid  Once you have your FEMA SID you can register with the Vermont Emergency Management website at http://demhs.vermont.gov/training/trainingprogram/lms
